Santa Barbara

“Santa Barbara”

The figures—reduced to shadow—become less about identity and more about presence, about being there in a moment that doesn’t need explanation.

The table tells its own story: half-filled glasses, scattered bottles, the remains of indulgence. It’s not excess—it’s rhythm. Conversation, pauses, laughter, and silence all live here.

There’s a cinematic stillness to the piece, like the final frame of a film where everything has already happened, yet nothing feels finished.
